What is walnut powder (sand) ?

Crash walnut shell into powder. After a rigorous selection process, we get walnut sand. Walnut sand is high hardness, compression resistance, wear resistance. A large number of pores on its surface have super adsorption capacity, non-toxic and anti-corrosion properties. Walnut sand can clean the intake pipe and backside of the intake valve thoroughly without damage.

What is carbon deposition?

Carbon deposit is the black gel caused by the repeated high temperature of the engine running, which is the residual rubber in the fuel injector, the throttle valve, the spark plug, and other components caused by insufficient combustion of the gasoline in the cylinder.

Why need to clean carbon deposition?

Carbon deposition will decrease the air-fuel ratio, cut down engine output power, and increase fuel consumption. All of them will damage the engine deeply. Generally, we need to clean the engine carbon after running for 2 years or driving to 4W kilometers. By removing the throttle, a carbon deposit can be seen clearly.

Walnut sand de-carbon cleaner is special for intake pipe and intake valve back side clean only. Walnut powder not include in package, please get it in local market. High pressure air pump is requirement (not include in package). Walnut powder residual in intake pipe will go to ashes in high temperature after engine start. Engine should be closed before clean, then turn crankshaft to close intake valve.
