For making sure the correct engine timing is to be made when replacing the timing belt and assists timing chain replacement and valve jobs, to lock camshafts in a 90-degree position.

The camshaft timing tool kit is designed for fixing the camshaft in the TDC position. Use this timing tool to dismantle and assemble the intake and exhaust camshaft.
