Valve Spring Compressor Tool

Similar to OTC 6684, Rotunda 303-1039.

Compatible with Explorer/ Mountaineer/ Sport Trac, Expedition/ Navigator, F-150, F-Super Duty 250/350/450/550/650/750 and Mustang with 4.6L 5.4L and 6.8L 3V engines.

NOTE: Make sure that the arm pushing the spring retainer has a clear path downward. If the arm gets hung up on cast-in features of the head while trying to compress the valve spring, excessive pressure may be put on the tool.

Crankshaft Positioning Tool

Same as Rotunda 303-448, T93P-6303-A, 6024 & 525219.

1993 – newer 4.2L and 4.6L 2-valve engines,

1993 – newer 4.6L 4-valve engines,

1993 – newer 5.4L and 6.8L V8 engines.

NOTE: Do not rotate the crankshaft and/or camshaft when removing the timing chain and installing the cylinder head.

NOTE: Do not remove the tool at any time during maintenance. If the tool is removed, the timing will move out of time, and the front cover will have to be removed to restart the engine.

Valve Spring Compressor Tool–Similar to OTC 6684, Rotunda 303-1039. Compress the valve springs fit for 3V 4.6L and 5.4L engines without disassembling the camshaft. It can easily replace rocker arms, lash adjusters and other valve components.
Crankshaft Positioning Tool–Same as Rotunda 303-448, T93P-6303-A, 6024 & 525219. Used to align and hold the crankshaft at Top Dead Center (TDC) for correct timing chain installation.
Cam Phaser Holding & Locking Tool–Similar to 303-1046, OTC 567614. Easily replace the camshaft or cam phaser on the vehicle without losing the chain tension and without removing the timing cover.
Timing Chain Locking Tool–Same as OTC 567617. When swapping the camshaft or cam phaser work, push down the timing chain wedge tool between the timing chain and the chain guides to maintain tension on the timing chain.
Cam Phaser Lockout Kit–The long-term solution to end noise. Eliminate the noise and prevent it from future occurrences when the worn phaser moves back and froth, triggering a valve timing adjustment as they move.
