Camshalft Alignment Gauge

Using camshalft alignment gauge to hold the inlet 30mm nut in position to torque the center bolt to 50 nm. The rear cam locking tool must be remove before moving on to the second stage of tightening.
once the far cam locking tool has been removed you can final torque angle the inlet center bolt using this camshalft alignment gauge, this second stage should be done to 110 degress.

TDC Locking Pin

Turn the crankshalft clockwise to TDC/OT and lock in position again, the cams will stay locked but the sprockets will turn 60 degrees taking the slack out of the chain.

TDC Alignment Pin

Rotate engine to TDC, OT position on crankshaft pulley.

Camshalft Timing Pin

Fit camshalft timing pin, all cam bearings and chain pad semi tight but not torque yet.
